Baker Hughes’ Druck reaches finals of prestigious Manufacturer MX Awards in four categories
Druck, a Baker Hughes business and industry leader in pressure measurement technology and instrumentation, has been nominated as finalists in four categories, including one individual award at the 2023 UK Manufacturing MX Awards!
The only company to have achieved as many as four nominations, Druck has reached the finals of the following categories:
- Achieving Customer Value
- Leadership & Strategy
- Product Innovation & Design
- Young Manufacturer of the Year
“This is a huge achievement and reflects the outstanding talent that we have across our business,” said Gordon Docherty, general manager of Druck, a Baker Hughes business. “In 2023 we have continued to push the boundaries of innovation, bringing to market breakthrough pressure measurement technologies that are enabling our customers to drive efficiency and optimize performance. Winning an MX Award in November would be a fitting recognition of the progress that we have made.”
In the 2022 MX Awards, Druck was named Runner Up, Manufacturer of the Year.
Organised by The Manufacturer in partnership with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), the MX Awards are widely considered the gold standard for the manufacturing industry and is the only peer-reviewed and judged programme of its kind.
Druck has also been shortlisted for:
- ‘Calibration Product of the Year’ at the Instrumentation Awards
- ‘Excellence in International Trade’ at the East Midlands Business Awards
- And Claire Aitchison, Druck’s Executive Operations Leader has been nominated for an ‘Executive Award’ at the ALLY Energy’s 2023 GRIT Awards.
