Bjørgulf holds a master's degree in cybernetics from NTNU in Trondheim, Norway. He worked in oil and gas within projects, technology and business development both as a consultant and in various disciplines and management positions in Equinor, from 2004 to 2019. Bjørgulf has always been interested in innovation and business development and focused on what we can achieve tomorrow with what we have today. His time in Equinor has given him a solid industrial basis and a broad leadership experience. In 2019, he founded Horisont Energi to build an energy company that delivers on climate and value creation on an industrial scale. He has held the position of CEO in the company since then.
