Cheonhong Park assumed his current position as the Chief Marketing Officer and the Head of Business Development Division of Samsung Engineering in Dec. 2022, following his successful role as the head of Solution Business Division. Mr. Park has been leading a corporate-level new business development including 'Shift Left(Value Chain Expansion)', Biopharmaceutical and Green Solutions for accelerating the energy transition. He took on an enlarged role of marketing & sales in the conventional Oil&Gas EPC business since Dec. 2022.

He led Corporate Strategy & Planning Group to set up Samsung Engineering's mid-long term strategy as well as ‘New management framework for Operational Excellence' after he joined Samsung Engineering in 2013.

He previously developed his career in management consulting industry prior to joining Samsung Engineering. Mr. Park has expertise in business development including M&A, particularly in engineering and construction industry.

He graduated from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business in 2003.
