  • Created Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) which could be used to model, at a high system level, projected performance levels and opportunities to improve for existing & expansion facilities.
  • Downtime data allocated for the most significant failures & major delays for the respective systems.
  • Simple base logic setup to enable easy updates for each design alternative.
  • Sensitivity cases run on all desired design alternatives to determine impact on potential production for each case.
  • Clear and simple results comparing the outcomes of all design scenarios.
