Navigating the new normal

We can’t control the price of oil, so the focus needs to shift to training our employees to be good at things we can control. It’s important to be realistic in terms of challenges ahead of us, but also optimistic. We’re already experiencing a momentum shift. It’s so critical that we don’t lose focus as we move ahead after all the work we’ve done to drive innovation.
