Operational excellence is like a never-ending journey that we all have to follow to become competitive and survive. It brings the notion of continuous improvement. We have to follow cost reduction and efficiency — efficiency being what we gain.

It’s also about being innovative in a different way. We can utilize existing technology and apply it in a different manner — do it better. Progress is made when we start connecting all of these pieces together.
