Overview
Experience the future of cementing with the Hummingbird™ all-electric land cementing unit. This innovative unit significantly reduces carbon emissions, noise levels, and reliability issues compared to standard diesel units. As the industry's first fully electric unit with no hydraulic components, the Hummingbird unit ensures cleaner and longer-lasting operations for both the oil and gas and new energy sectors.
Reduce CO2 Emissions
The Hummingbird unit's all-electric motor replaces traditional diesel cement units used in onshore operations. Powered by batteries or connected to the local grid, the motor's dual-power functionality ensures continuous productivity on-site. This feature also allows for reliable access to sustainable energy supplies, helping to minimize your operation's CO2 footprint.
Perform reliably under pressure
Combining cement mixing and pumping in a single trailer-mounted unit, the Hummingbird is designed for reliable operation in high-pressure applications. Rated at approximately 1050 hydraulic horsepower (782 kW) and equipped with two high-pressure triplex pumps, the unit delivers consistent performance even under demanding conditions.
Boost efficiency with effective control
Equipped with advanced monitoring and control systems, the Hummingbird unit ensures the delivery of optimal cement slurry for every job. The recirculating mixing system provides exceptional slurry density control and consistency across a broad range of densities, mixing to within ± 0.1 lbm/gal. A mass flow meter continuously checks slurry density throughout the job, and the system offers a wide range of mixing rates to deliver slurry rates as high as 11 bbl/min and densities up to 24 lbm/gal..
Run consistently and quietly
The Hummingbird unit eliminates traditional hydraulics for superior reliability and lower maintenance requirements and costs. Its electric motor runs much quieter than diesel units, reducing noise emissions and improving worker safety in the field.
