Events: Waygate Technologies Exhibits Industrial Inspection Solutions at Control 2024
Waygate Technologies, a Baker Hughes business, will participate in the international trade show, Control, in Stuttgart, Germany, from April 23rd-26th, 2024. Spread across two separate booths, we will showcase our wide range of premium industrial X-ray and CT, ultrasound and remote visual inspection solutions as well as service offerings. Highlights include German premieres of products for the energy, aviation, automotive and electronics industries, among others.
A Wide Application Range of Industrial X-ray and CT
In hall 10 at booth 1505, Waygate Technologies will display its wide application range of industrial X-ray and CT inspection solutions for various industries, including electronics, battery, and automotive.
Following a sneak peek of its concept at last year’s show, the NDT experts will unveil the new CT flagship scanner Phoenix V|tome|x M Neo just in time for the 25th anniversary of the Phoenix product line. A highly versatile premium CT cabinet system, the new Phoenix V|tome|x M Neo boasts many features that further increase flexibility, speed, and detection quality and is suitable for a wide range of 3D metrology, research, and evaluation applications in the laboratory environment, as well as automated precision inspection in production.
Other showcased highlights will be the premium Nanofocus inspection solution Phoenix Nanome|x Neo and the industrial micro- and nanoCT scanner Phoenix V|tome|x S 240.
The Most Advanced Remote Visual Ultrasonic Inspection Solutions
In hall 8 at booth 8503, Waygate Technologies will present its ultrasound and remote visual inspection portfolio. One of the highlights will be the German trade show premiere of the new Everest Mentor Visual iQ+. Utilizing advanced analytics for novel inspection approaches, the new state-of-the-art flagship video borescope technology harnesses the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning to enhance data quality and reduce inspection time for critical inspections across multiple sectors, including aviation and power generation.
Another highlight that will be featured is the Krautkrämer RotoArray comPAct, Waygate Technologies’ first instrument powered by the company’s new comPAct technology. The industry-first inspection solution combines the performance of a complete phased array (PA) ultrasound inspection system in a single probe thanks to miniaturized instrument electronics. The instrument is suited for various industries, such as aerospace, automotive, and power generation.
